1. Overview
Drozelonswyx offers a 30-day return window for eligible products. This policy applies to purchases made through drozelonswyx.world and is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (New Zealand).
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is made within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
- The product is unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging
- The product has not been used, tampered with, or altered
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
Opened or partially used products are not eligible for a return under our voluntary policy, except where there is a demonstrable fault with the product or a statutory remedy applies under New Zealand consumer law.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
- Opened products (unless faulty)
- Products damaged by the customer after delivery
- Products purchased through a third-party retailer (please contact the relevant retailer)
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at talk-ask-info@drozelonswyx.world within 30 days of receiving your order, stating your name, order details, and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return address.
- Securely package the product and post it to the return address provided. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error by us.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned product. Shipping costs paid at time of order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product fault.
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by this policy.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have the right to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if a product is not of acceptable quality, does not match its description, or is not fit for its intended purpose. These rights apply regardless of any additional policy we operate and cannot be excluded or limited by us.
